SEHWAN SHARIF: Several people are reportedly dead and dozens others injured in a blast at t
he shrine of Lal Shahbaz Qalandar on Thursday evening.
Initial reports suggest that the blast occurred during the Dhamal dance at the courtyard of t
he shrine. Dozens of people are feared to be dead while numerous others injured in the blast.
Emergency has already been declared in all
hospitals of the area, as on every Thursday evening, a big crow
d of devotees gathers at this shrine
Police and law enforcers have cordoned off t
he shrine and rescue activities are in full swing. However, emergency treatment facilities are available only in
the teachin
g hospitals of Jamshoro and Larkana.
